ArmInfo.. Beeline suspends the possibility for payments through TelCell, Idram and EasyPay terminals starting from 16 February 2017. The reason is the unequal fee policy of the specified companies with respect to Beeline customers, the press office of Beeline Armenia reports.
Payments for mobile services of other operators, starting from AMD 1001, are received without additional fees, while Beeline mobile subscribers pay through TelCell, Idram and EasyPay without fees only in case of payments starting from AMD 10,000.
Beeline's offer to work on equal market terms with other operators and cancel the fee for payments in the amount of AMD 1,000 and more was rejected, therefore, the company has to take measures to protect its own interests and the interests of its subscribers.
"Beeline apologizes for the inconvenience and informs that it is possible to pay for services without any fees our sales offices, at the banks, on our website www.beeline.am and through the Beeline Armenia mobile app," the company says in its official statement.
Beeline is exerting efforts to reach a fair agreement with the payment systems. The company is open to dialogue and it seeks to ensure equal and fair attitude towards its customers, statement says.
