Defense Ministry of Armenia refutes Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's reports on alleged liquidated of an Armenian sabotage group.

 Heritage Party Leader Raffi Hovannisian urges the leaders of the other parliamentary opposition forces - Prosperous Armenia and Armenian National Congress - to show courage and consistence in the efforts towards a power shift in Armenia.  Hovannissian is in the Liberty Square now where a rally timed to the World Day of Human Rights Protection has kicked off earlier today. In response to the question why Gagik Tsarukyan and Levon Ter- Petrosyan are not present at the rally, Hovannisian said he is not a leader, but an ordinary citizen.

 There will be no revolution in Armenia, because all political forces realize the fatality of destabilization of the domestic political situation, Chief of Armenian Police Vladimir Gasparyan told journalists on Tuesday.   

Beeline has opened a new sales and service office in Avan community of Yerevan. The new office is located at 1b/1, Isahakyan district. The company's press service has told ArmInfo that the office is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm.

He said that Armenia's decision on accession to the Russian-led Eurasian Economic Union has led to drastic consequences for Armenian economy.  

 Russian State Suma ratified the treaty on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) today, on 10 December. 
In the course of the hearings, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Aleksey Likhachev said Armenia's accession to the EEU not only was a civilizational choice, but also a pragmatic step. 

Along with defensive tasks, the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army also strikes preventive blows against the enemy if needed and such steps are most often taken outside our borders, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told journalists. He advised the journalists not to disseminate detailed data, because the information is confidential.

On December 9, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) sold $6 million to the participating banks at the average exchange rate of 458.31 AMD/1 USD in the course of intervention in the interbank currency market. The CBA press service has told ArmInfo that the cut-off price was 457.57 AMD/1 USD.
